It actually is Lily in a way however its a different art style. To be precise lily is 14 from the artwork she looks like her 16 year old self
on her first form she look that way but on the last she looks more like normal artoria

She stopped aging when she pulled out Caliburn iirc. She's basically the same age as Saber Artoria but i think she pulled out Caliburn at a younger age.

I thought Lostbelt Merlin was Castoria.
I mean Arthur has same VA as Merlin and in his nobel phantasm, when the judgement of the roundtable starts we her Artoria. Apparantly its Merlin from his world.
Man ProtoMerlin someday someday you'll show up (on the contrary Castoria has you covered for a bit though whatever the devs give ProtoMerlin).
Authur is the same voice as Merlin, and Artoria is the same voice as Proto-Merlin.

Emiya's NP in Fgo is a Buster NP (red), but his 3rd skill lets him change his NP class type and he can choose between Buster (red) or Arts (blue). "He turns his Noble Phantasm blue" that's the joke here, Caster Artoria's 3rd Skill power ups Arts type cards, Lancelot's NP is Arts while Gawain and Gareth's NP are Buster.
