Glad to see you getting into balisongs~! ^,.,^ just a little tip when it comes to learning the basic open it's 3 simple motions: flick the bite handle out so the blade is pointing outward, turn it over in a small semi-circle so the blade is pointing down, flick straight back and move your fingers out of the way to catch it open Really focus on getting all 3 steps nice and consistent and slowly speed up as you go. Your ultimate goal is to nail all 3 actions in one smooth, flowing motion best of luck!
Definitely it would’ve been nice to see him featuring the vulp as a beginner option just cause it kind of helps you learn to clean and maintain your trainers however squiddys aren’t bad to start and will punch you way less then cheap ones
