The iFi UNO looks awesome. I just got a pair of new phillips headphones and was super excited for the upgrade until i realized that the motherboard audio is really holding them back. I think this would help me out a ton

RG405m is my favorite. Plays most old emulators with additional PS2 and GC if you're willing to tinker with emulators. And it's pocketable.

The RG35XX H might be a little better ergonomic wise and has thumbsticks. I have one and it's awesome
