Hey Kameron!! Thank you for watching the video!! I’m glad you find it useful 🤩. I love making this and eating this 🍋. Let me know if I can help answer any questions. 😊
@@RoxStarBakes I used this recipe to make a combination of blood orange and lemon curd for some homemade citrus bars and they were delicious! I am lactose intolerant and I subbed out everything cup for cup with a dairy free substitute and had no issues at all! Thanks for this!
Yes! I definitely recommend gel food paste if you’re adding color. I really like the Americolor electric green. I made Kermit macarons (for my Instagram) and did this and the curd tastes no different and looks great. Thanks for watching!
Have you ever tried this but simmering the grapefruit juice first to concentrate the flavour? I see it in other recipes a lot but I worry it will take away the bright fresh flavour and give too much of a cooked flavour =/
@@RoxStarBakes see, that's what I thought!!! Some recipes say it makes the flavour more concentrated but I thought it would probably dull the bright, tartness that makes citrus citrusy.
This recipe is so wonderful as a cake filling, on granola, on toast, on ice cream and so much more. What will you try this with!
RoxStarBakes looks delicious 🤤 😋
Terrie Sieu I hope you like it!!
I'm surprised you don't have more subscribers, your videos are great quality, vibrant, and very easy to follow! Love them!

Lime curd is the best!! 💖
Yay 😁 I always make it for my birthday tart - I love lime!! 💚
@@RoxStarBakes A few weeks ago I bought two jars, one of lemon curd which was nice and one of lime curd which was something else, it's addictive...💖
Totally agree :)
Ohhh I have to try the grapefruit!!! Love this!!!
Yes!!! It’s so subtle and tasty!! 🍋🍋🍋🍋
Super helpful to see all the proportions, and seeing how this is so versatile!

@@RoxStarBakes Awesome, thank you! I'm planning to use it for macarons too!
@@RoxStarBakes Update: it worked great!! Adding the gel coloring during heating worked best.
Excellent!
I like your striped t shirt and how it coordinates 🍋🍋🍋🍋
Thank you!!!! I try 🤣🤣🍋🍋

You won’t love any of the brightness or sharpness from creating a concentrate first (:
