I recommend making your matcha with warm or cold water since boiling water makes it bitter 💗

Really! I haven't had an issue with things tasting bitter, but definitely have a lot of experimentation to do! Thanks for sharing :)

@@vanessachun1024 of course! Maybe ceremonial matcha is less bitter 💗

Yes, you should never use water over 175 degrees Fahrenheit, it burns the delicate leaves and makes it bitter.

I didn't saw you put the bamboo whisk in some hot water before using it. I didn't knew some days ago that it was something that is usefull to do because it makes the wisk able to break less. :) Other than that I loved this routine ! I would love to try that Matcha brand out, seems delicious ! :)

i have not really had a proper matcha, but one time i bought some beverage with matcha in it and even though it was rancid for some reason, i could tell the matcha had an interesting flavor...A couple years ago i did buy a packet of the "Patenger" brand based on reviews and my money situation. i never got to try it but it had a beautiful vibrant green color in a natural way......Yesterday i watched a video from "Veggiekins," who compares certain brands of matcha sometimes, and apparently she has come out with her own brand which she just did a video on. But in the past i've heard her say that Ippodo is / was her favorite, so i don't know how that compares with the matcha she came out with or the one you use.

It would be nice if you mention brand and models of product you liked over time. Otherwise, it’s like teasing the viewer 😊

It's so good! It's usually my preferred way of drinking it, but no milk is also delicious. Usually people new to matcha tend to cut it with milk or else the taste can be a bit strong -- but good either way!

I always put my matcha in the fridge after whisking to have it cold cuz I hate putting in the ice, milk, and warm matcha where the ice melts and makes a watery taste lol - just my preference, great video tho

Making matcha in hot/boiling water makes it bitter. Making it with normal cold water works. That’s how I do it when I make mine iced
