If a person has an advanced directive stating that he should not be intubated, do we need medical board approval or inform to judicial magistrate before withholding intubation?
Yes we need the same process. An AMD clarifies the patient’s stand. We don’t need approval of the magistrate. Once decision is made we need only to notify the magistrate office which can be done via email also

That’s brain death. Regarded as death by the THOA.
If the patient is not a potential organ donor then supports should be withdrawn, after full communication with the next of kin
