I am so sad that I have no coach like you nearby, you have such a great understanding of boxing that I am sure that you could spot a lot mistakes I make while boxing/throwing punches. Thanks a lot for all those videos, boxing is the passion of my life and I am glad that I have the opportunity to learn from your knowledge until I've finished college and can move to a bigger city that has a good boxing gym
Really like your channel, it helped me a lot and I enjoy it. But why did your microphone quality degraded this much? XD It makes you sound like a boxing commentator of the 70's. I had to crank up the volume a bit to hear you. Just a comment. I really like your content anyway.
Coach when you push off the back foot to throw a back hand, are you really stepping and pushing through your foot or are you merely allowing it to rotate so your hips can rotate as well?
Then there was andre ward who framed and controlled the range and pace with flicking and probing jabs. He wasn't necessarily even trying to land the lab, just keep his hand in the forward lane of his opponent to discourage him from attacking.
I notice last time the body weight actually help you to go in range but also if the opponent sees it he can put you in super trouble hahaha.... I will try to experience it more lol
You look harmless like my brother; if someone didn't know you, people might doubt your fighting capabilities as you look harmless, like an easy target for bullying, in all honesty you could give most people a good hiding.
Best channel around for H2H fighting (striking part of it). I'm a long time martial art practitioner. Along with hard contact sparring Fran's channel has filled in the gaps conventional Chinese practice/training methods have.
Yes YES yes!!! A Good jab is the most important punch, and these tips tell you some reasons why. Jab can save you from pressure, can setup counters, can give you information about your opponent, can add with feeling the distance, and can set traps….so so much. But all of these tips are so important. Especially the beginning of this video, practice the jab with these things in mind.
Great tips I did amateur boxing over 20 years ago with joe the jab my lads just started the local club all these tips will be great for him to get the correct technique much appreciated.

Have you made a body shot - uppercut video?
I stepped into a hook which landed clean on my jaw and i lost vision for a split second, I saw a silvery flash, was this on the way to a knock out?

Any tips on defending against an opponent who has a great jab?

Learn the rules like a professional so you can break them like an artist
This is so simple but so elite for those that want to continue to learn great job!!!
I've found just training jabs to a very high level with tricep plyometrics training is very effective iñ the street.
