I used to fly out of Bengaluru fairly often and did a domestic flight or two. The best security was the sniper standing over the ticket counters and the machine gun nest at the airport entrance. Made me feel very safe.
I really can’t see anything bad about that flight. You were just a bit hassled by your treatment at Delhi security. How can it be your worst flight of 2022?
It seems you were pleased you didn't return to Delhi once you were at the hotel. Cheers for the great videos in 2022, Noel. Looking forward to more travels with you in 2023.
As an Indian American, I agree with the fact that Indian airport security screening is not a pleasant experience, these security officers are uneducated and often abuse their powers thinking they know all the rules and laws. The worst experience I have had was at Amritsar (ATQ) airport, where the security were really rude and made me empty my entire bag just because I didn’t take out my chargers. This is ridiculous.
Also in 2013, when I was a kid traveling from Mumbai to Atlanta, Georgia, the Mumbai security almost threw away my medication because they don’t know what they are doing. That was also the worst experience in Indian airport security.
I understand completely, some travel days are just rough like that. People are rude, it’s hot, things are expensive and uncomfortable. For me on days like that I just have to lean back and embrace the suck. Just say like, “this day is just going to be what it is, tomorrow will be better.”

@@simondavies7643 I was just joking, I am flying ryanair soon and am rather excited.
No worries about your little rant. I admire how you handle setbacks with aplomb whereas I'd be all bent out of shape. I must admit I was hoping you would not do a Loo Review and you came through with that wish. Best.
Complain, sigh, “but nevermind”, sigh, complain, sign, “but nevermind”, complain, sign. Repeat.
Happy New Year Noel and family I hope you have an awesome year and don't get to many problems like in this video.
Safe travels and I will be following you on your videos
Thanks for watching 👍
Thank you for all the videos you have shared throughout the year, they were great, wishing you all a very 🎉🥳 HAPPY NEW YEAR 2023 🎉🥳 hope you are all well, take care, stay safe xx UK 🇬🇧
Thank you!
Happy new year Noel!
Thanks for another great video to bring 2022 to and end, here's looking forward to your weekly dose of AV videos in 2023
Thanks so much!
Good that you speak out... Let's hope that they see your comments and act accordingly... Travel is stressful enough without added crap.
When I was a kid, a TSA guy grabbed my box of toy plastic lemurs (he thought it was a metal box but it was just silver plastic) and he threw it and all my toys went all over the place on the ground. Once he saw it wasn't actually metal he made me pick it all up myself and was super rude, and I cried lol. This was in Alaska haha idk what his excuse was. So rude. I'll remember it all my life. To this day I still don't know why he did that. So weird
Interesting vlog, Happy New Year! 🎉
Thank you! You too!
I would have liked a better look around your hotel. It looked lovely
That was very tough for you Noel but well done for getting through that as I felt you’re pain 😂
Happy New Year, Noel.. Safe Travels..
Thanks 👍
Sorry to hear about that security line experience. I've flown out of Kolkata thrice, Delhi once, and Mumbai once. Never had a problem.
No one in their right mind should be travelling to India. No manners, no customer care, extremely rude, cleanliness is an issue. Lots of better countries out there.
BEEP BEEP BEEEEPPPPPBEEEEEPPPPPPP....holy crap check out that view. I'm glad you toughed it out to get to that Amazing hotel!
Never seen you so ticked off. WOW. Glad you have a chance to chill before flying. Nice music. Lovely looking town. Hope you rest well.
Yeah, not the best flight, haha - thanks for the 2022 vlogs Noel they were great 👍
I have re-joined your channel Noel keep up the great videos
Awesome, thank you!
So your worst flight was down to one grumpy security guard and a dirty window on the ATR?
You should try flying into Queenstown in New Zealand , thats a lovely scenic approach
Bro that Indian guy that was looking at him while he was trash talking the security😂😂😂😂
One thing they seem to get right is telling people where the seat numbers are. The amount of people I see on the ATRs not being able to find the seat numbers is increadible.
I've taken many domestic and international flights in and from India and never had an issue with security. Mind you, I did not fly in or out of Delhi.
