I might not be using the proper words to describe it the the end result is a less prominent forehead or brow ridge. I’m just glad moving her hairline forward is all she wanted. I know different people handle stress differently but she seemed pretty casual about it all which makes me think maybe she’s had other things done. If I was in that chair, I’d be antsy and ready to bolt but then I avoid doctors as much as humanly possible.

This is one time when 'extreme' cosmetic surgery actually produced a good result in my opinion. But since surgery can very easily become an addiction, the improvement will likely undone by her next procedure(s).
Its called body dysphoria. Knowing anatomy and proportions, she actually looks fine. She just happens to have a more elongated face shape that makes it seem like it's not to her. Your forehead from your eyebrows to your hairline is as big as your 4 fingers, so it's a normal and proportionate size. Well, unless you have a receeding hairline already, well. No judgment there, thats another story. But your forehead is still technically proportionate. The only people whos foreheads aren't proportionate to their hands (yet) are babies and small children. Or if you have a skull deformity, in that case, also no judgement. As for this lady again, she just got her hairline turned into a very unnatural looking curve shape. Yknow, she couldve looked great with side swept bangs with her natural forehead.

Well, in my opinion. there's not much denying that I think the "after" look is a bit more attractive than the "before" look, but trivial. Not to mention, some of that change is due to changes that aren't really related to the actual surgery. (clothing, hairstyle, makeup, expression, etc.) Insecurity is what she needs to work on, not physical shortcomings.
