I have recordings of threats and how he could make me disappear without a trace. But here I am still nothing. They say to trust them. He had a prior DM and a criminal threat and possession charge

Divorced on 24 years ago. They don't go away. There sneaky. They will find out all about you through friends, family. I have healed but they will never stop trying to destroy any happiness . I moved 1000 miles away. Was not far enough. So I had to cut friends of 40 years off. They use your grown kids as pawns. When I die it he does it will end. God Bless all. 🙏❤️

I know how you feel about three weeks out of a three and a half year relationship we were engaged I found him in 2020 in a bad place mentally people from work taking advantage of him I looked after him loved him his family loved me but they were red flags in the beginning which I ignored as I wanted the relationship to work however I always went to their house they never came to mine their family didn’t like mine he couldn’t save money so I had to fork out for everything our hols etc etc his family always asked for money when he barely had any in his bank he just couldn’t wouldn’t save wouldn’t get a new job or move forward in any way it all had to be me I got through my driving organised our trips and holidays I got mentally physically and emotionally exhausted after three and half years so I stopped going to his I wasn’t able to let him take me on a date as work was busy due to the Easter season I was working more hours to get more money tried to get a flat but needed more working hours a week for both of us and he wouldn’t push himself it was all me to do all the work and I had enough we hadn’t went out with each other in ages and we were just moping around his house for weeks he suffers mental health and took meds then fell asleep this happened a few times earlier last month and after teaching him chess and beating me I was about to head home and he went” you never take me out anymore” well you were asleep we definitely aren’t going anywhere if your asleep “I took my meds and went to sleep coz I thought we weren’t doing anything” so I started going back to my old music club which was on a Monday night when I’d usually be with him and he started to think I didn’t love him anymore that wasn’t true my entire being loved him however i had became who he wanted and I wanted the real me back and he didn’t like it he tried to go on a date with me but again I had to drag us there or it weren’t happening I got sick of being the one doing the running soon after he came to my work (we both work in the same place) while I was on shift and he wasn’t he had a full mental breakdown in front of the entrance crying his eyes out it was very busy and I needed to help customers out it kept going back and forth between us then all of a sudden I mustered the strength and shouted to him I’m on duty i have to work you will have to wait until I’m finished it’s only another half an hour so he did wait we went for a coffee and tried to talk it out but by this point I was done I was mentally emotionally and physically exhausted from the three years of hell I spent with him so the texts slowly stopped and after claiming for ages to me that his anxiety wouldn’t let him go anywhere by himself he managed to get about he said he was going out one day few weeks ago so I said yes do it for your mental health fully support it go and enjoy yourself so he posted an old photo of us that I had on my Facebook profile since we first announced to everyone that we were together I noticed they were commenting on it so I knew what was next sure enough I hadn’t even woke up and had two texts off him one to wish me good morning then the next to end the relationship completely done I said yes we’ve had a good ride but you need to grow a little he still wanted to be friends and I was open to it however almost every day since there has been posts slagging me off all over his Facebook and his whole family supporting it after paying for our dates paying for his birth certificates paying for his passport paying for our trips and holidays paying for drinks out basically almost everything suddenly I’m a narcissist and slagging his name off when I’ve never posted a single thing to Facebook all I’ve done is change my profile pic back to my old one I had before we got together so glad I’m out of it still recovering from it all and sad I’ve lost my friends because of him but he took me for granted I spotted it and now I have my power back and it feels good also to note since we broke up three weeks ago he’s been out on the piss without fail and the mates i thought I had with him have now took his side and ditched me completely I’m not new to this game I’ve had it my whole life still makes me sad and disappointed that people would rather give up than meet in the middle and sort things out in a mature way I’ve grown he hasn’t and that’s why we split the way we did he stuck in his ways and will never ever grow or change and that’s no longer my responsibility I finally feel free

When someone is codependent it makes it more challenging to separate from the narcissist, plus if there are young children involved. Once I presented her with the divorce papers, she accused me of harassment and I was removed from the home and currently cannot have contact with the children. I thought that she would change her insecurities and confide in our relationship. I wouldn't be surprised that her so called friends advised her negatively and take advantage of the situation. I now have a peace of mind. If a woman is not fully engaged to be in the best interest of a good man. Better to be alone

I have been the victim of a gaslighting, emotionally abusive woman, my best friend, for years. She is well known in the pro-life community, even sharing an awards with the President of the U.S some years ago. Because she was so high profile, people believed anything she said. When I called her out for a number of lies she has told about me, she doubled down on lying and emotional abuse. When I realized this was narcissistic abuse, I left the group. I have maintained no contact, whatsoever, for the past 7 months. I did call her out on narcissistic abuse. She has tried to re-engage, with no success. Since I am retired recently from my profession, she cannot destroy my business, however, she has followers that were my friends also. I decided to let her followers find out for themselves that she lives to use and manipulate those around her for self grandisement. Good riddance !!!

But for months he gaslighted me, controlled everything on the TV, very paranoid, on his phone 24/7 but I looked at as a part of his mental challenge ‘Depression & Anxiety Disorder. He would scream at me, but when I started speaking directly to him and say, I’m not intimidated by you screaming, he would occasionally still do but the screams no longer had power. I took back my power & freedom.

While I was in a relationship with them I was gaslit from start to finish I just didn’t notice it as clearly until near the end ever since the end it’s been a never ending smear campaign at work and on social media the sad thing is I’ve lost friends through them but I think they were never my friends to begin with in hindsight soon as I started doing what was best for me they ended the relationship they have been posting on social media ever since how woe is me and they were suicidal up until a week ago to now saying they are living their best life I honestly pity whoever gets with my ex in the future because unless they are sugar daddy or sugar mammy and only cater to my exes needs then my ex relationships won’t last as long as ours did their loss is my gain and I can be me now

Oh he did the smear campaigning back in 2017 when I started confronting him. My own mother doesn't even believe anything I have to say about my cheating husband. I have no friends to turn to, and my counselor is also on his side. So I have to keep it all to myself.
