What torque converter? What small sprocket on the torque converter? What size larger sprocket on the rear tire? What size rear tire? Trying to do something similar #'s would help my build.
Thanks for the comment im working on a filter relocate at the moment and will post more vids soon was just trying to make it run and drive first thanks again
You need to lube the shaft in the front that the bronze bushing rides on every ride. Your carb jetting is too rich on the pilot jet. Go smaller. If smoking at high speed smaller main jet. You'll get it 👍🏻
Turn the output shaft down to 3/4 and use one of the Juggernaut Super 30 style clutches. Much better design. You can probably go a little higher on your gear ratio with it as well.
Have you thought about you get your air filter facing the wrong way because of off-roading with water and dirt I can see if you were just on the street only you did a good job with your manifold but I think it's facing the wrong way
Thanks for their inspiration. I like that you didn't edit out there things that didn't work out.
Keep up the good work Steve from Annapolis Maryland nice bike labor of love fix all them little problems and you got yourself a really cool bike
I’m working on doing this with a 196cc chinese diesel👌👌👌

Very cool build it's going to be very reliable and very inexpensive to work on and build

Extremely Awesome
Your air filter will definitely be compromised if you go on the trail with mud puddles and shut it down real quick otherwise you got my vote good job

I'd be looking for a bigger rear sprocket but nice job!
Is that a diesel or is a carb adjustment in order?
Needed carb adjusted
