Your client did what I did, bought the body of the 60’s Vintera which has the beautiful sounding 60’s pickups and paired it with the Vintera Modified neck for better playability. I didn’t do as good a job as assembling as you did though and somehow had a high fret on the High E string around the 15th fret ☹️
That was fun! BTW, body color is ice blue metallic. Do have experience with Fender Custom Shop strats? Any thoughts on how, in a general sense, they differ from this one?

Stephane, these are Vintage style locking tuners and have a unique way of locking the string -check out 12:53 in the video. They do keep tuning stability well and makes string changes easier. I hope you have subscribed to my channel?
i ordered for myself all parts to buildt me a Strat i owend four of the iconic Instrument one i can not play that is the custom shop -because i have an allergie for the Nitro lack- got all Parts for Nr.5 a mexian Marple 7,25 radius big headstock Neck, a candy apple red HsH cutted Body ,Fender Locking Tuner a two Point trem with vintage saddle s and i have never so much fun with the strat not i test the Instrument if it´s good this time the Instrument tests me if I´m good enough for Her ( ithink the strat is alittle feminin ) and it works well with no Problem the only thing a friend does for me is he installes the pickup´s i wanted 69 custum shop fender Singel coils the Body was shielded ,the trem is floating string Gauge is 49 -i10 that´s is the only thing that must be done

You don't put the string ends in the tuners? Does it get better tuning balance?

Has the neck a standard gloss finish? Or is it a vintage tintc - 'cause it looks a bit darker than ordinary maple.
