Bishop Arts is very similar to the NODA district here in Charlotte, so I’m drawn to that area. Would feel like a piece of home.

If you want all this before all the gentrification come see what’s happening around old downtown McKinney off hwy 5. Still have time to own property in walking distance. If you don’t know come out and see for yourself. Amazing historical society and very close to hwy 75. I grew up frequenting Bishop Arts and it is amazing but do not sleep on Downtown McKinney. Amazing things are happening.
