I traded my 2007 Chevy Malibu for this. Had my car for almost 12 years, 135k mi. I miss my car but this Malibu is great so far! Hope to have it just as long as I did my Cobalt. Part of why I stuck with Chevy is because my Cobalt didn’t give me too many issues over the years.
Just replaced my 2005 Malibu Maxx with a new 2020 LT and I love it. I didn't do it on purpose but I ended up with the same dk blue color. The side by side picture is funny.
I drive a Honda Insight 2022. Due to a minor accident, I need to rent a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu 1.5 for a few days. Honda is better in everything except size! The Malibu has terrible halogen headlights and the LT's audio system is less than impressive. There are some extraneous sounds in the multimedia area, as if some kind of electric drive is turned on periodically. The brake pedal in the cabin and the steering column trim squeak. The Honda's handling is also better. The Malibu takes off very quickly, but brakes worse than the Honda. Fuel consumption is 2 times higher, but this is understandable, this is not a hybrid. My future choice in this class is the Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L.

I absolutely love my 2019 Chevrolet Malibu LT. I have the Iridescent White. Very Classy and plenty of room I especially info the Infotainment Touch Screen. Also the Turn By Turn Navigation "Kicks Ass".
I'm looking at a 2020 LT, not a fan of that CVT unit, but the price, condition, year with 23K miles for 15K, not a scratch on it, it dies help when a close friend owns a car lot

Very noisy car. Seems to pick up unacceptable road rumble. I would like to buy a Malibu 2.0T, but the road noise is causing me to have second thoughts. Anyone out there agree with me about road noise on these cars?
I had a 16 Premier and 16 LT with leather and those were the best riding cars I’ve had. I had a Bose system in both of them though, so I didn’t really listen to the road much. 😂😂

Read up on pre-mature cracked pistons, LSPI, spark knock on the 2016 and up. Source: Own the 2016 version of this car and first engine blew at 59K. 2nd engine has 28K atm.
I believe you can turn it off. The button is right next to the hazard light button. And those buttons are below the radio tune button just for reference.
Just got this 2 months ago and I love it. Same color. Dealership added chrome hubcap covers to my wheels and chrome to my side mirrors. Added some tint. She is beautiful 🤍

I got a 2013 malibu im 16 so im saving up for a 2020 I really like mine cuz it has Bluetooth and a rear view camera can't ask for anything else tbh

Yep. 🙄😂😂 Never had a problem on mine, but several of the ones I’ve driven have had this issue with 3 miles on them.

I test drove a LS and RS. The LS didn't have any road noise. The RS was loud, especially on concrete. I think it was the wide, low profile tires?

Why do you suspect oil loss? I’ve had a car with a 1 Liter engine with no problems.
