I think something is wrong with your server. Can you double check your pro adhoc server IP address under ppsspp's network setting? It has to be identical to the virtual IP address zerotier has assigned to you.
for android to android follow the same processes. no need to download zerotier for pc. two android devices should be shown connected on the website just like this 5:37 put the same IP address on both android devices. it will work. but it lags a lot. soo. not a reliable method. tekken 6 is working
i tried this method and its work only for 2 player, and only the host could assign the quest. i tried playing with 3 members and always get kicked out from the quest. and when i cant play any quest with 1 of my friend when im not the host. do u have any tips for 3-4 player, and everyone couldd post the quest ?

Freezing upon entering the guild hall is server problem. Can you double check the pro ad hoc address you put in your ppsspp? Also, try whitelisting ppsspp from windows firewall or antivirus, and turn off fast memory under ppsspp system settings.
@@MrHorseman I removed the fast memory setting from both devices, double checked the pro ad hoc address on both devices, tried the sushicat , the hamachi and the zerotier method and still freezes one player or gives me a socket error... Ive tried everything to play Co op and still no results
@@redfoxxx9997 I just tested on my phone and confirmed zerotier working fine. There must be something wrong. First of all, since your devices are android and pc, let's leave aside hamachi for now, because hamachi does not support android. About sushicat, I don't know if you are in the same network sharing a routet, but if you are, you shouldn't be using sushicat method, because sushicat does not support players sharing the same router. So that leaves you with zerotier. If you trying to connect android and pc with zerotier, you have to follow exactly as I show you in the video. A lot of people put wrong ip address for devices. You want to put the same virtual ipv4 address zerotier assigned for your host to both devices, into ppsspp pro adhoc network server. Both devices should have the same server. And yoi have to make sure to authorize the devices to be fully connected in the zerotier network management, in the zerotier website where you log in. If you tried all of the above, but it still doesn't work, try amultios. Another method for you.
@@MrHorseman we tried the sushicat using two different routers and both devices could enter d online guild hall but we would never be in the same lobby ..I tried the zerotier again, authorized both devices and still gives me socket error on both Devices although they have d same ip address zerotier gave me.. Hmmm. My guess is your two devices are connected to two seperate servers. Only one server is needed. Try connecting both of your devices to one same server.
Everything seems to be working fine but I can't see my friend in mhfu, we are both connected to the same server but we don't see each other. It's been 3 days since I wanted to play online but can't seem to make it work. Any Ideas why we cant see each other??
When you're connected to zerotier, check if you have the vpn ip address created in the zerotier app, both of yours. If the ip address is not shown, you might have to reboot and reconnect zerotier. If that doesn't solve it, try hunsterverse.
Hello! It says failed to connect to ad hoc server and a communication error has been occured. It's the same with my phone and pc. All the ip's are identical too.

My friend and I try this method in mhp3rd but the ones who join the network which are the phones after they press x to enter the online guild hall it gets stuck
Make sure all of you are connected to the same zerotier network, same vpn address, and network owner has allowed every device to be connected as in 3:33.

I was getting "socket error 10061", and after giving permission to PPSSPP and ZeroTier on Windows Firewall, I got it work. Thank you for this video! However, the Android player disconnects after some seconds in Gathering Hall (MHFU). Tried switching to mobile data, but no luck. Do you have any idea why this might be happening?
Good to know you got it to work. Congrats. When the player was in the gathering hall, was his/her nickname visible to other players? If it was, but still disconnects after a few seconds, I'm guessing the network isn't stable. Also, sometimes you might have to reboot your zerotier for changes to take effect. After doing everything explained in the video and saving all of your work, try to close all programs and applications on your devices, both pc and android, turn off your wi-fi / mobile data, and turn everything back on again, one by one. You can use PPSSPP's savestates to save time. Good luck.

I did this with me and my brother playing Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. We find each other's lobbies in co-op no problem and are able to join. But right when we start the game, we both get disconnected. Any ideas?
My guess is one or both of your firewall is on. I had that kind of issue, disconnecting right when you start the game, back when I was playing in sushicat server. Try turning off your firewalls or whitelist PPSSPP. If you still disconnect, try some other ways I linked in the video description. Good luck.

@@AmnesiaForever if it works in one mode but does not in another mode, I'm guessing the problem has to do with the game itself. Since I have not played Metal Gear Solid, I cannot say for sure. By whitelisting PPSSPP I meant exclude PPSSPP from Windows firewall list, so you don't have to do that if your device is android. You can stop Windows firewall from blocking PPSSPP connection in firewall settings, by setting PPSSPP an exception. Do the same for any anti-virus software you have. Don't let any software block your PPSSPP connection.

Are you trying to do it android to android or pc to android? In my video, I demonstrated how to set up zerotier when pc is hosting a network and android is joining the network. But if you are trying to play on android without a pc, there are some changes you have to make. In this case, an android device is hosting, so you have to input your android device's virtual ip address, which can be found in your android zerotier app when connected, to ppsspp's adhoc address, instead of the ip address you used when you host as a PC. It might have not been clear enough in the video. My apology. A lot of viewers are having the same issue. Anyways, good luck.

Hello Yoru, I have 3 theories for your situation. 1. You and your friend are not connected to the same server. There should be only one host and both of you should use the host's server. 2. You are connected to the same server, but one of you haven't checked all 3 boxes "Allow Global IP, Allow Managed IP, Allow Default Route" when connecting to zerotier. 3. One of you may have not authorized for zerotier connection in the zerotier network management page, where you access from logging into zerotier website. Good luck.
Hey dude. Hmmmmm. Good question. I don't know. What I suggest though, is make sure your network is stable. If it isn't, call your ISP and complain, or write an angry letter, until they fix your network. It could also be your physical distance with whoever you're playing with.

Yes, that is exactly how zerotier works. I played with some friends from New Zealand and Denmark. It works perfectly, although there may be lags due to geographical proximity. And also, some games are not compatible with ppsspp online play, wwe svr 2011 for example. There may be other ways to make it work though, but so far, I have no luck finding that out.
You can follow my video instructions if your connection is pc to android. If your connection is android to android, input your android device's virtual address zerotier has assigned for your device into your adhoc server address. You can find it in the zerotier network page once you're android device is connected to the network. The rest are pretty much the same as pc to android. You can also use alternative networks like hunsterverse or amultios. You can find more info about them in their official websites.
You can make your own server by using zerotier like in the video. If you're looking for public servers, your best bet is the hunsterverse. There are around 2 to 4 people in myneighborsushicat.com as well.

Try exit the hall and enter again. Make sure both of you are in the same network. Check your ip address, etc.. Also turn off firewalls if you can.

How to Make it work on android
You can follow my video instructions if your connection is pc to android. If your connection is android to android, input your android device's virtual address zerotier has assigned for your device into your adhoc server address. You can find it in the zerotier network page once you're android device is connected to the network. The rest are pretty much the same as pc to android. You can also use alternative networks like hunsterverse or amultios. You can find more info about them in their official websites.

Servers for MH Freedom Unite?
You can make your own server by using zerotier like in the video. If you're looking for public servers, your best bet is the hunsterverse. There are around 2 to 4 people in myneighborsushicat.com as well.
