I can’t wait to see episode 1 of season 1. To see how The Day Trippers start. Congratulations to you and your crew, me and my family love your show. You need to come back to Baytown 😊 places to see Jenkins Park and to eat you need to try “Someburger” is really old place since 1955 😋 just delicious
Brrrr, that Texas Red Headed Centipede. I've had them in my house twice. The second time I just caught a glance of something cralling down behind my stove. I thought it was a red wasp, they get in too sometimes, and I don't worry about them, they're pretty docile and I'll get her/him eventually. So I sat down in my arm chair to watch TV and it was a little chilly so I I put on a blanket and ended up falling asleep. I woke up later and looked down and there was that 8" centipede crawling up the blanket on top of me. GAAAAAHHH!!!!. Nightmare fuel. I can handle scorpions and tarantulas, but those centipedes... NO THANKS! But grateful to live in the hill country not far from Burnet, and not Australia...
Burnet TX, bulldog town been here 40 years my wife is from here I'm Austin born but wouldn't want to live there now, Burnet changing but slowly not so slow anymore brisket is too expensive now I call myself a shade tree cook with some meat knowledge former meat cutter 30 years,I understand you don't care for fried turkey 🦃 but let me tell about the thanksgiving my family all met at Cisco,we rented 2 hotel rooms and had our celebration there, were going to fry a turkey 🦃, well someone brought the peanut oil 3 gallons but picked up a gallon of apple cider not paying attention they used it with the oil it did not boil over, best fried turkey 🦃 we ever cooked believe it or not delicious.

I recently moved to Kingsland on Lake LBJ. I am about 20 minutes from Burnet and all the Highland Lakes and state parks.

Couldn't find any of the eating places (as named in this video) on Google maps.
The address to the Bertram BBQ place was not given, however I believe the address to be:
1460 W. HWY 29, Bertram. Texas.
Both have closed 😭

@@astrosfan2783 I’m sure they appreciate that
@@astrosfan2783 honestly I would much rather be around democrats than delusional maga trash
@@brianbeierle hahaha even so they are democrats. We can put that to the side. And we don't talk about politics. Things can go smooth 😁👍
