Don't be fooled it could be electrical. I've had two fuel pumps fail on my 2019 Works Edition Honda. Both times the bike shut off while riding with throttle open. I heard the bike blubber as if out of fuel. So I knew it was the fuel pump and not electrical.
Ahh gotcha. Mine cut off but I was able to crank again while holding throttle open. Definitely seems like it’s not getting gas. Hoping it could be just the fuel filter.
Torque spec for the fuel pump bolts?
