The stalls mainly sells street food and drinks and is good place to visit to fill up the belly at affordable prices

the oil at some of these stands is soooo dark.
It's been reused over and over and over. I'm sure the fried food that comes out of it tastes good and I don't know the negative effects of reusing oil so much, but it can't be good.
@@user-yn2ru2ep1j you can reuse oil quite a few times to be honest, as long as it's cleaned and sived from the burnt bits. It's always at an immense hest so not much bacteria would survive, I don't think.
Could be the type of oil they use is dark too but... I agree that it can't be good if they're not cleaning it out often. Literally they just need to get that scoop they use and drag it around the oil to fish the stuff out, likely at the bottom.
I used to work at a fish and chip shop, I was there for a year and a half and I think they only changed the fryer oil once while I was there. It would cook battered fish, chips, fishcakes, sausages, the lot. But we'd clean the debris out after each day. Still had a 4-5 out of 5 cleanliness rating too so... can't be too bad?

@@rickyg.manurung4793 lmao I never said I'd consume the oil they use, did I? And the shop's oil I mentioned was NEVER as dark as the one in the video.
Do you have any evidence to support your claim? As far as I know, everyone has cancer cells anyway, just takes a certain thing to set them off. And if the media is to be believed, EVERYTHING gives you cancer apparently - red meat, mobile phones, baby powder, etc. It changes every day, so I've no doubt all the shit humans consume nowadays contributes to cancer.

i used to support him cause He used to have many options. but he currently sells limited options thats why i stopped buying the tarts from him and his tarts used to be cheap but due to the rising costs from inflation , i cant support him cause i cant afford it.
