    No amount of alcohol is safe. Every drop of alcohol hurts pancreas. Beer included. There is no such thing as “moderation” when it comes to alcohol. Let’s not be afraid to demonize alcohol.

    Whole grains unfortunately are heavily sprayed with pesticides. I no longer eat oats/oatmeal or anything “whole grains”

    Is it safe to eat air fryer cooked food? Very little oil is used in my air fryer.

      Don’t add any oil . Let the meat pull out the fats . If bred is stored in freezer and warm up in air fryer , it will be safe to eat . In freezer the carbs from bred changes chimistry , and our body don’t touch , the carbs they will be outside from our body with indigestion .

      What about the non-stick coating in your air frier? That's the reason I ditched my air fried. I wonder if there's one out there without a Teflon coating

    Iv had problems for some time I do not drink use ileagal drugs over the counter pain ibprophiene
    Sisatic pain arthritis pain
    No more fast food fried foods mostly water sales and beries now hard to eat with out pain or water to push it down thank you for this info very helpful may save or greatly improve my health

    It's ok to have things occasionally I do 6 day healthy then don't deprive myself of anything just take one day per week Sunday to eat what I want works for me not a recommendation people should stick to especially if on a physician directed diet just education yourself to make choices & alternatives to most products not in anyway a recommendation always inform primary physician especially if under care ir take any daily medications to see if issue with certain foods interactions with medicines.

      I didn't either until I had Pancreatic cancer. I had a distal pancreadectomy which left me with 25% of a pancreas. After chemo and radiation and another surgery I can say I am a 14 year survivor of pancreas cancer. I was given 6 months to live. The cancer spread to my abdominal wall and some blood vessels like portal vain and the SMA artery. I am on digestive enzymes and insulin for the rest of my life. I have gastroparsis caused by radiation and now STAGE III Kidney disease. I am a 14 year survivor

    People are making Heather choices of products & foods why alot of products high not inflation companies were use to profits of products they wouldn't even give family or eat them selfs why alot of prices high not organic inflation but u guess not sexy enough to report on other then a short sound bite report on that occasionally I see trend have fix my Acid Reflux by choosing proper foods & getting rid of certain ones a trend plus need to pay higher wages to workers don't have skin in game just not a political pundent just eat healthy now & make better choices for over all health.
