This makes me think of my grandparents. They where huge Beatles fans. For my grandpa's funeral we had a yellow submarine made from flowers.

I know it will be hard to find a small scale shipwreck, but i think a sunken ship laying on the seabed would be an awesome bottle project. Everyone has seen a ship in a bottle, but not a shipwreck in a bottle. I am absolutely fascinated with shipwrecks and would love to see you make something like that. Love your work man.
You'd have to kit-bash a model, I think.

Call the new pot "Dundee." First thing that came to mind when you put it on the table was, "That's not a pressure pot...THIS is a pressure pot."

The name of the new pressure pot should be either Bessy or Pascal (unit of measurement for pressure)

I love Pascal! Reminds me of Nier Automata as well so it’s doubly good.
My parents raised me listening to the golden oldies and this is one of my fave songs from that time period, I miss singing it with my dad 😭
Edit for my afterthought: I have a saltwater aquarium, and I might try to find one of these little yellow submarine toys to place in my aquarium as an homage to my dad, I know for sure he would have loved it if he were still with us 🥰

When I was little my younger brother and I used to do karaoke to the Beatles constantly, his favorite was yellow submarine. This brought back so many fun memories 🥰 this is an amazing piece, and you did a sea of green!!!!!

This looks amazing as usual Ben, but having a love of the Beatles may make me biased, But the psychedelic colours really makes that base pop. That burl you can get over there really is amazing too. During PotCam i was a little worried it was going to be a little cloudy, and then displaying it out of the pot burl side first, kept us guessing lol 12/10 on this one

The only change I would recommend would be to have a horizontal base instead of vertical; subs are never aligned vertically (unless sinking).
Omg! my 9yr old son is obsessed with the beatles! Has a giant poster of the yellow submarine and a group poster has tons of shirt. He would LOVE this bottle!!!
Yellow Submarine was the first song I ever learned to play on guitar as a kid. This video gave me all kinds of nostalgia 😭 it turned out so beautifully 😍

I have no qualms saying this is the best bottle you've ever made. I'll be honest, the blue darkens it too much for me, but the slight green just helps to bring out all those florescents and the gold and just... wow. Amazing job!

It was such an odd movie and yet ground breaking for its time. I remember watching with my dad years ago. He bought it for the music but the visual effects of it all... trippy to say the least

Thanks Bill 😊 it was both plastic and metal, I used a slow curing resin that produces less heat 👍 hahaha B1 and B2

I'm not sure if you'll see this but I think it would be really cool (if possible) to make a resin mug, put cool designs on it, wooden base or just leave it see through. Also just wanted to say that I really enjoy your videos, they're calming and inspiring too.

My first thought when seeing the huge vessel was Wow, that's a Beast!!
I would recommend carving a channel to run the wire at the bottom instead of drilling hole to the side, it is for astheatic reason.

The whole color combination for the "seafloor" was on point with the theme of the submarine.

Great job. Outside of the music the thing I remember most from seeing the movie on the big screen when it came out was all the great colors used in the movie.
I really like this. I grew up during the time when the Beatles were first on the seen here in the States. So I really like that you did the Psychedelic colors under the Yellow Submarine!! Cool project!!
I would have made a tenant on the waist block and a reverse tenant on the bottle to use it. Then it's not a waist. Maybe that wouldn't work though. I just done see why to waist it.
