This game has a lot more complexity than what I expected. I heard it was missing some features that really let it stand out, but this seems to be enough. Good commentary as well as gameplay. Enjoyable to listen to while I do other things.
Fun watch. Not positive but it seemed like some labor was wasted as artisans early on. You had the one or two families locked into a blacksmith shop a long time before you were producing iron slabs. I would also say you should consider fighting the bandit camps early to gain influence, stealing the camp is great with 10 soldiers but once you have 18 you can easily defeat the bandits.
You should be able to set a reserve stockpile of materials, ie logs and fuel in certain building like charcoal and sawpits, which should help with production so they know before hand too have that much of each material set aside

nice commentary ! I think your first big burgages were "WONKY" because the distance between spot 1 & spot 2 were a bit too close :)
Don't forget, you can pause a buildings construction in the top right of the building's construction page instead of just setting it to low priority.
