Me too ,I used to wear sneakers for over 30 year's, Now only boot's And Reebok classic shoes, boots are so much more comfy And durable than running shoes
I buy really good boots so they last me a long time. Over time I buy new insoles and they start to smell like cat urine as they get older. I can never get the smell out. I never thought of using white vinegar to kill the smell. Wife uses vinegar on the laundry and it works great. Thanks for the tip!!!
Thanks ! I have some mule shoes , I let my feet get to wet and made shoes stink! I won't pour vinegar in "my" shoe I may pour bit vinegar onto white socks! Then punch few holes in a sandwich bag then put inside my shoes for couple of days! I often forget the power of vinegar ! (Note:) you are gorgeous!
add a splash of hydrogen peroxide (don't mix beforehand) for a harsher more aggressive treatment. It's not dangerous, but the vapor burns a little so stand back
'it's not dangerous' you say, but you are literally creating *peracetic acid* which is *incredibly* dangerous if you inhale it or get it on your skin or in your eyes. PLEASE do not go around mixing chemicals and telling others to do so, especially if any fumes "burn" in any way shape or form. People have literally died from innocently mixing Vinegar with Bleach and other chemicals. DO NOT MIX CLEANING CHEMICALS
