How long the run will last? i will be coming from Dallas so, bit of driving. Wanna make sure they catch something so i gotta make sure when the run is not over. not sure if my kids can stay in hot for too long...

In Maryland it's illegal for a recreational crabber to keep females at all. (Yes, I know they're in TX. Just sharing a fact)
We keep females if the correct size in SC but not the sponge ones switch eggs
Female blue crabs only breed once. At least that's what it says in the FWC info
