Hey guys...excellent video as normal. I was going to tell you how my mom taught me to make poached eggs when I was younger in hopes you can try it for yourselves sometime. She told me to put a spoon in, like you did with the whisk and stir it in a circular motion where it looks like a whirlpool. Then crack the egg and drop it in the center and all of the whites will stick together in a circle around the yolk. You might have heard that before, but I know that I've never made an bad poached egg since. Happy Tuggin!

Today you have done your thing and as I speak, for my self and my friends today are eating crab cakes along the way. In the last 7 days we have collated over 75 lbs of crab meat for the winter stay, on Sunday we are having soft crab omelet's of the day. For we have sluffing boxes for us today and we will have over 6 dos each for the winter way that we will freeze and the old waters mans is the way that is so post to be and that doesn't happen much any more, for we are the old men of the Chesapeake Bay. Ian, love your crab Benedict, please hear me out. Take your slotted spoon and get your boiling water to a good swirl, then put your egg in, it will swirl around and the white part will automatically connect with the yolk making a perfect egg for your benedict.

You can use a turkey fryer for the crab boils .the same set up that you use for deep fried turkey.

Pro tip i got a while back. Stir the water to a swirl befor you put the egg in. It will keep it moving and ball it up real nice.
