Obelisk by that time was very hard to beatdown. Whereas is also difficult to keep three monsters to summon it. By the Way, it is the nature of the game high cost for a boss monsters, different from nowadays "cheap combos to summon easy negators bosses"
I'm the second DDT player but after your video started incorporating the Blade Master + Warrior Returning Alive and it's nice! Edit: 7:57 it's 100% cope but it's a lot of fun!
8:10 first time in history I've heard someone say "The deck's goal is to cheese out Obelisk" to refer to normal summoning it with 3 tributes
The normal summons at the start of game 2 were on separate turns.
If you mill SOTR off Diamond Dude it only would flip up the monsters, but not prevent opponent from entering battle.
I love this series

2:10 why does ab zero not trigger?
It was face-down when it left the field
Doesn't it's text say "When this card leaves the field," not "When this face-up card leaves the field"
@@FlashofbladesThere was no face up card leaving the field psct so it was always ruled as face up only
@@mikeyvesperlick6982 That's not true. It was only ever ruled that way in the OCG. Not the TCG.
Damn reading is hard lol
