Thanks for the kind words. I decided to run Asura over 2nd tiger because I was afraid of the goat swap package people were siding. Against those kind of cc builds tiger is very feeble, dies to battle traps zombyra chaos while also being exploitable by swap. I’ve also noticed a lot of goats decks playing two swap so it helps there. I also run 3 dust so my opponent will be encouraged to shot gun how’re the high gets punished by Asura
Thunder dragon in chaos control can be used to tribute your ouwn TER, that's way is really useful. Can also be used to have a balter in play. And I think is the best way to have a light in the grave.
Thunderclap struggles even harder versus tsuk than regular warrior decks because you need to invest recourses into Zaborg and end up losing more than a regular normal summon. Thats why i decided to bring dda and don zaloog over zombyra
It will at least be part of my arsenal going forward. You really have the flexibility to make it fit into any meta as well as tailor it to your playstyle. I think people are just too scared to lose. Every single worlds people fall back to their safe choices because they are more afraid of having a bad performance than hungry for a good one. M record versus turbo at worlds was 5-2 and thats about the rate i achieved in testing and slifers since. People aren't rational.
Just hopping back into the game after somewhere between 2 and 4 years, what is pile offshoot? And why are people straying away from Trap Dustshoot (very happy they are btw, kinda boring card)
Would it be fair to call the Juve deck some sort of "pile offshoot" of recruiters the same way the thunder clap deck is predominately a warrior core with zaborg/tribute fodder integrated? Interested in seeing whether this is the natural progression of Recruiter going forward (since there isn't really any viable pure recruiter decks anyways) or if it develops into a separate classification deck like the thunder clap.
Yeah I think it is a semi offshoot of the pile deck. You bring up some very interesting questions, we’ll have to see if anyone continues to play recruiters at future events and how they look moving forward
Des Lacooda + Magic Jammer + Solemn literally turns the entire format into cancer. I mean... GOAT is already cancer when you get Duo Dust Shot and can't play the game but yeah... Des Lacooda, Magic Jammer and Solemn Judgment with Level Limiter and Gravity Bind. Absolute cancer.

They look like the same deck but with different techs and spice. It’s still cool to see goat format. But I wish there was more variety

They're playing Goat format, a yugioh format that's played with the card pool and rulings from 2005.
