Best chicken inasal can also be found in Bacolod City. Nena's Rose, Aida's, or Chicken House.
Best halo halo is in Laguna. Ben's halo halo or Razon's. I also tried Bebang's halo halo around Quezon I think. Forgot the place. But it was also delicious.
