If anyone is interested, I've created a Discord server and for now i have no idea how to use it (it's still very basic, and I'll work on improving it in the coming days). The link for the server is in the channel description. Happy listening.
I like them too very much. I managed to get Ai making them kinda like i wanted, especially the "Wraiths of the Immaterium rise, Through shadowed flames, their enemies die. ": i wanted like a steady guitar/bass sound that go by Steady -> lowers -> rise -> go back steady like an heartbeat on an ECG (because if they are really the Fire Hawks, probably they are still "alive" sorta and fighting for the Imperium).
I’m still not convinced that the Legion isn’t just Tzeentch playing tricks, or perhaps that the ‘God-Emperor of the Warp’ has little to do with the true Emperor of Mankind on the Golden Throne. Living Saints, Legion of the Damned, Daemons, its just not the Master of Mankind’s modus operandi. After all, there’s a reason he is called the Anathema by the Ruinous Four. The true King Of All The Ages is the anti-thesis to the warp, the God-Emperor is the warp.
I don't know if it's a silly theory, but I like to believe that the 'Starchild' is more of a germinal stage of the Emperor as a God of the Warp. After all, for millennia, billions upon billions of humans (psyker or not) have fervently believed in the God-Emperor, and it seems impossible to me that Warp energies would have never reacted to all this. A personal dream of mine is: the Emperor finally manages to regenerate and rise from the Throne -> the God-Emperor of the Warp gains full self-awareness -> the two meet (psychically or physically) -> they fight for a bit, then realize that they both love humanity -> ultra-mega friendship fist bump and they work together to save humanity (using both technological and physical means, along with Warp powers).
Legion of the Damned exist, the Inquisition cant explain them nor have they captured any of them to find out more, so they said it was Tzeeench. It was believed the Legion is one of the 2 lost legions but nobody knows.
And a Space Marine, partially fused with his power armor and Warp forces, blocks your vibroblade. He gives you a death stare, snaps the blade, and rips out your skull in a single move at Mortal Kombat fatality level… If I were the Imperial Guard, I’d be torn between being terrified and ready to headbutt a Chaos Terminator.
Thanks so much! I admit this quickly became one of my favorite songs; it even surpassed the one about the Dark Eldar. I preferred to focus more on what defines the Legion of the Damned for those who witness them in action (salvation from the Immaterium, which in itself is a galactic oxymoron for the Imperium) and what they’re capable of. By the way, Rylanor and Ferrus would have been great to include as well, absolutely, you are right (especially to see Rylanor flipping a robotic bird to Fulgrim once more before slapping heresy out of his body).

POV: You just tried to kill the last guardsman
