I live in the states- so coming for a custom dyno session is out of the question. Very impressed with your results. Do you guys offer just a tuned pcm with a conservative tune that would be for sale? Or a flash of mine? (14 Ram with 8 speed & 5.7).
Hello, all turning is done in-house live. There is no way to achieve that type of results and get everything correct. While guessing about fuel injector data. Guessing about what reaction do you mass airflow sensor will have on different vehicles.
Impressive and kinda hard to believe with a naturally aspirated vehicle to see that much in gains, I owned a 2012 Ram for 7 years and between being at 5,000ft elevation 3.55 gears it was a turd whenever I put any trailer behind it, this would’ve been nice when I had it. 🤷🏼♂️🇺🇸
I absolutely agree with j mack. My brother has a 2014 1500 5.7 and 6 speed. My work truck is a 17 with the 5.7 and 8sp and the crew cab(larger heavier cab than quad cab) and it blows the doors off my brothers. The 8 speed does make a huge difference in acceleration and towing capabilities. I install garage doors and live in utah. Parleys canyon is a pretty steep incline to deal with when your loaded down. My previous wt was a chevy 5.7 and it was a dog goin up that hill with my rack loaded with custom insulated(preppy park city house) doors. The 17 ram could have 2k loaded between the rack and bed and didnt even act like it was loaded. The other thing is they changed a lot to do with the mds and timing on the newer models. And that was before my boss wanted to do some experiments. All our trucks got replaced with the same as mine as i had to convince him to switch to rams. He decided he wanted to try using a tuner with preloaded maps(diablo sport if i remember right) out of 4 trucks he put the 91 octane (power tune) on mine and his. On the older guys truck he did the economy power tune(made a little difference) and the other guy got the power tune for midgrade gas. I didnt think it was gonna do much but after tuning them we all went up a canyon. Mine and the bosses truck walked the other 2 like they were standin still. The midgrade tuned truck pulled away from the economy tuned one. But stock the 17s and up had a lot more output between the 8sp and other ign and fuel control changes they made. My brothers you know theres a v8. Mine before the tune throws you back in the seat like its under boost.
Nice truck Frank, Gord from our petro days.
Cheers.
I’ve been wanting to get my ram in there for afew years now. One day, mark my words. I will. Lol

@@internationaldynoauthority693 thanks for the info. Really wish I was closer to you guys! Keep up the great tuning and videos.

Huge difference between 6speed and 8 speed trans. Tuned 8speed way better than 2012. I have a 2012 now, my 18 was a beast compared to this one!

I have a 2012 and it seems really strong to be honest
Amazing results!
fake/corrected

Just got a 24 with E-torque motor, you guys mess with any of those yet?
Yes, we tune the etorque weekly. We have literally done hundreds of them.

These gains are just frim a 93 tune?
We do a live tune for every single vehicle. We tune, as we go., and, we tune with what he's in the tank when the vehicle arrives.
How much for all of that just wondering. Nice ram 👍

What spark plugs do you recommend?
Ngk. Stock heat range
So he was only making 325 at the engine stock? Thats 70hp less than advertised.
All dynos read different. The number themselves dont matter. What matters is the gain between baseline and after tune.
Also what is advertised is at the crank normally automatic transmission and depending on you drive line you lose 20-25% of power.
We tune roughly 100 of these each year. They all come in about the same +/- 10
Here are some VERY helpful tech vids on losses and calculation

What ecu are you running?
All Stock ECU, it is very rare that we require, an aftermarket ECU. The OEM ECU, is quite superior, allows a larger Granularity for the person tuning.
dodge midrange is such a joke. These motors are awful.
Sure didn't look awful from that graph. Someones a little biased in their Chevy bubble 😮
Lol you dont have a clue.
