I once drilled a toms holder post in my new Gretsch Brooklyn kick £1,000 worth of kick drum and I can tell you I was sweating profusely....lol
Ravenglass is where the "larl Ratty" runs Ian aka Ravenglass and Eskdale railway in the lake district where Keith is from....
Also the "Bluebird" snare is named after Donald Campbells boat that did the speed record on Coniston water...
looks to be 10/12/13/14/16/22, no idea what heads. details man!
