Before I peg it, I will own one of these kits. What a wonderfully knowledgeable and enthusiastic man Al is. I could listen all day!

Wow did not know Al was such a drum head, that's him and Rowland Rivron added to the comedian/musician list!

Love this. I’m super happy the U.K. has a new and high end drum manufacturer and the drums look and sound great. I’m sold. When I’m in the market for a new kit BDC will be my first port of call 💪👍

I can’t tell you how good it is to see decent drums being made so well in Britain again. Expensive but YGWYPF!

I love the low key old school mounting system on bdp stuff.

Looking at this Tom Spring idea, I'm thinking that those will be hard to position to exactly meet the snare stand mounting points

What are my refinishing options in 20 years if the exterior is cracking? Seems challenging.

Nicko must have pissed sonor rite off by joining up (although I don't blame him in the slightest).

how is BDC cold mold different from DW's?

    • @philhorler5712
      @philhorler5712 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

I think different propiatory glue process with each, also BDC add the wrap in the mold, otherwise fairly similar

do they seem kind of generic to you?

British starts with a capital B.
(as any British pub landlord, who is proud to be British, would know. Bongo-bongoland, or BELGIUM might use a lower-case b, but we proud British instinctively know what's right).
    Capital B, Al......capital B.

Absolute waste of time, not playing these.
    No one cares the unboxing.

No Roy, it's not that "no one cares", instead it's YOU that don't care.
There are others here, like myself, who want to know about the design and construction of these drums and their reasons for such. Did you bother to read the title of this video before clicking on it? Plenty of other videos are up to actually hear these drums in action.
Either way, these new BDC drums kick arse. Regardless, happy festering.
