Thanks for this video. I drive a 2013 TL Shawd 3.7l. My cold morning (winter) starts are very noisy till it warms up then it quiets down. I just thought it was the upper cylinders just getting oil lubrication taking a little longer than normal to lubricate but it could be my T-belt tensioner. I only have 62K US miles @ almost 11 years old and haven't done this service yet. I bought the Continental Pro-Kit and was shocked to see it came with both the Aisin water-pump & Aisin tensioner. Will do it this spring along with spark plugs, thermostat, new accessory belt & pulley ready to go.
We have two of these cars. My friends and I performed the timing-belt job for both. The reason being is that the tensioner was making a racket at cold starts.
