MSFS 2020 - SPECTACULAR Ryanair landing in Skiathos! SHORT 1500m runway

- This summers first visit to the famous airport of Skiathos. The airport just restarted operations as the airport closed down due to thunderstorms and including rainshowers. According to the performance tool we wouldn't be able to land on a wet runway. I saw many diversion on flightradar but fortunately as we started descending the weather cleared up and moved furhter north.
I tried to recreate the iconic Skiathos views. Hope you like it!

The Tail Srike Protection is extended... did you have a tail strike during takeoff?
Negative. This airframe is equipped with the short field performance package. The tailstrike protector extends when lowering the gear and retracts after touchdown. This allows the airplane to approsch with a higher Pitch attitude and thus fly slower
I must add that Ryanair doesn’t have this option. This option is incorrectly modelled on the PMDG. The extension however doesn’t have anything to do with the takeoff however
Not smart buttering landings on small airports like this irl. Length of runway is crucial for safety of passengers and not the hard landings.
The touchdown was very well within the TDZ. Performance calculations with AB Max and full reverse wasn’t even critical :)
