Its so amazing its kinda ridiculous! Not only is that panel so cheap but its quality and looks amazingly sexy to boot! Great times to be a simmer as 2024 hardware scene hits afterburner!
When sim racing went mainstream, decent hardware got ridiculously expensive and the budget hardware became less common. I just hope that flight simming doesn't face the same fate... but this is a good sign for sure
@@harrybaldwin7517 this is a totally good sign, win wing is completely changing the game. They are going to release a radio panel and transponder aswell. They are bringing flight simming to a whole new level!
LOL good times at the expo.. The moza booth was fun glad the video turned out ok lol hope your flight was good going home . Can't wait to get my hands on the moza base that was the best ffb stick i used so far for the price
As much as I love that we can "fly" commercial planes, it would be nice to see more practical hardware that are for single and double engine propeller planes. Still, I was at the Expo and yeah, WinWing was on point with so many things. And super inexpensive in comparison to the competition.
Great video! Sim hardware can surely get very expensive. I got to try the WingWing panels at the expo and I was impressed for that price point, compared to what I use in my sim. This is going to be revolutionary!
Thanks for the great coverage of the new products. I gather you filmed the intro on an iPhone. You need to turn off mirroring on the selfie camera so your background is the right way around..
I think the tone I hear XP team using since MS FS was released gives the impression of frustration. Maybe this is not how they really feel but the tone gives that impression. I have both simulators by the way
The center panel is tempting. An alternative idea I would go for if it existed is a simulator version of that Garmin GI 275, whether Garmin made it themselves, or maybe license Winwing to make it.
Winwing have been producing quality products for years. Their milsim gear is top notch for a budget price. Glad to see they're venturing into civil aviation now.
Finally that the software developpers understood in their thick minds that the release of the offsets codes and SDK’s was a measure for the improvement of the entire industry.
5:35 ? 6:26 "I'm not that military of an expert" But great video I like how you didn't just talk about one peripheral Im gonna get the winwing airbus ursaminor.
I'd love to see a VR hardware/software simulation integrated to the point where I could reach out and see a realistic representation of my arm and hand in VR, and then manipulate physical buttons or knobs in a real world cockpit by touch. Note this is not mixed reality in the current sense, where the real world appears overlayed over the VR experience. I find that kind of mixed reality jarring and not visually convincing. Yet if the representation of the pilot's body is totally in VR then it can be lit correctly to match the VR scenario and it would become a seamless experience. So far the "VTOL VR" simulator game comes closest to what I have in mind, bringing a virtual representation of the pilot's body into VR, but it still lacks the physical feedback part.
Nothing beats physical realistic hardware, but a close second is Air Manager realistic panel sets and pop out manager. I have complete A320 FBW flight deck on 2 x 21" touchscreens. 3 wide 32" LG nano in 1440p above touchscreens. Obviously, the downside of hardware is you are stuck with that aircraft and have to configure each switch in controls. With Air Manager I can change aircraft and panels in about 5 minutes. No configuration. Not affiliated.
What about the frame, is that for sale anywhere? Thats been my biggest issue with getting a slightsim setup, no one talks about how their devices are connected to a desk or whatnot. a self contained frame seems nice.
I'd be VERY surprised if the quality still existed on the final products sold to customers. Most Chinese companies forgo quality for a profit while designing the unit to look like quality, but the customer ends up suffering with the quality.
there is actually a lot of other Chinese flight sim products that is very cheap(some are cheaper than winwing )and they have very good quality eg.quick make
Looks good but the issue in the past has been availability of this type of product. Demand often runs ahead of availability and then the price gougers get involved.
The Ursa Minor joystick is a copy of the VKB(at least for the military aviation version) gladiatior NXT, electronics and all so I would not recommend it. It also has worse warranties than the VKB gladiator while only slightly cheaper so...
still waiting for a reasonably priced force-feedback yoke, FF sticks were good and affordable in the 90's - now we need some chinese to give the moneygrabbers some competition.
300$ for a setup is such an amazing price
Its so amazing its kinda ridiculous! Not only is that panel so cheap but its quality and looks amazingly sexy to boot! Great times to be a simmer as 2024 hardware scene hits afterburner!
Yeah and it's about fucking time too. We need to get rid of Joey out of the White House as well. Then maybe we can afford something in this lifetime.
I know its so crazy dude, just waiting for them to releases
Nah bro I still can't afford that 😭
It's probably 600 bucks here in Canada. lol
Winwing is doing amazing things for budget simmers. Can't wait for the future of flight simulators
Hope you never have to deal with their customer service.
Can I play with Xbox with fcu mcdu of wingwing ?

I spent over $300 for just the Logitech Radio, multi, and switch panel. THIS! is insanely high considering what you get compared to the WinWing!
we do not know whether it will work properly yet.

As an avionics technician that worked on most of the Airbus and Boeing airliners I am impressed👍🙂
As someone who just purchased the f16 mip from winwing I’m very excited about the 737 and a320 fms and other hardware for msfs and xplane users

I bought the pedals that were attached to the A320 rig. Was a pain to carry home since no box lol. Got my feet on them now :D
This is quite neat I physically cannot fly a airliner for a few reasons so this might be nice to get the feeling I'll never get to have!
totally grand for your style dude especially.
