The dlab is amazing in big size, the 10m is now my biggest kite. Works best in light wind cross off or constant cross on/onshore. In really gusty cross off I prefer the 2023 sls as smoother
Yeah was max 15mph I am 92kg. Think of a 10 dlab as replacing 11m sls or 12m normal kite. It has much better bottom end and due to riding smaller size it turns much faster so is way better in waves. Not got any more top end so you would need an 8m sls to step down to a 7m would be too big a gap
@@pastyadventures thanks a lot for your reply. I am 78kg and now riding 9m 2021 and 7m 22 both SLS. Sometimes I feel like I would need more power so I thought if upgrading to 10m dlab would help. Great skills anyhow it's a first year I am on directional board so it's still a long way to learn :)
@@aurimasbulvydas1030 2023 9m sls has more power than 2021 but same top end. The 23 sls are really good I only use dlab in 10m when it’s really light otherwise I’m on sls. For your weight I would say go for the 2023 9m sls 🤙

15mph? Did I hear it right? What's your weight? I want to upgrade my 2021 neo sls 9m and I wonder would 10m Dlab extend wind range?
