Great to see you're still as enthusiastic as you was way back in the mid 2000s -millennium? neither sound right ha ha. Watch Outsiders at least once a month, people read books to relax that vid is my relaxation. Keep up the good work fellas
No it's correct. Vents are the correct way, and the slots are almost down to personal preference with each brand as I understand it. The theory is that this way round braking is slightly better, and the other it's slightly quieter, so more suitable for road going cars.
Appreciate you guys bothering to do more technical episodes like this!
No worries. We have two different audiences with the Driftworks TH-cam channel, and I have no doubt, some will not appreciate this type of stuff.
i don't know why but i think i could listen to Craig all day. Man knows his onions

Driftworks 17x9”?
Front 17x9 and rear 17x10
So after a bit of time and testing, can you remember what your ideal adjustments ended up being for camber/caster/toe in both the front and rear?
I can't exactly, but it's probably due an alignment when I get it back with the new gearbox controller, so I'll see if I can do a video.
Driftworks would absolutely love to see it!
What hubs/bearings did you use to work with the E30 trailing arms as well as the E46 m axles?
It's all Z3M stuff, arms, hubs, axles.
What brand is that camber board you used? Thanks

Why not have an inch smaller wheel?
You mean run a 16"? Nah I wanted to run 17". The setup and ride height should be perfect. We've done a lot of work to make sure of it.
