I’ll inform you that after reassembly it had great compression. Started great after adjusting my valves and ran just as good after adjusting my carb. I wouldn't on this model specifically because I don't think the motor mounts and shocks could take it. If this frame was originally built for a 110cc I'd so a 125 swap for sure!

So I rewired a chinese atv using your video. It's now running after a new starter and carb. My issue is I can't find a headlight to match the wiring, they are all 4 pin. I have 2 3 pins, I'm assuming, for lights high low? It needs the style of heaslight this one is. Any ideas on how to connect it?

Another great vid. It's great to see your personality starting to come through. I'm prepping to do a new top end on a 110cc motor that has low compression. I see cylinder heads come in two sizes for these motors. (52.4mm and 54mm.) Have you tried either? Any thoughts?
Hey thanks man, I've been following your channel as well from my personal page. You guys got a ton of snow fall! When replacing the heads the MM is the piston diameter. A 52mm head for a 110cc motor. The 52.4MM is for a 125cc. I actually have a rebuild kit and cylinder head for each size. (50, 70, 90, 110, & 125) because I want to see what you can change out and still run like it should! That video will be out the first quarter of 2021!
@@PraskaBoysGarage Thanks, I'll watch for that video. I'm hoping to squeeze a little more out of a 110cc go cart and collecting my thoughts, doing my research etc.
@@VermontLife The best performance mod for me has been upgrading the carb. Mikuni is really expensive, however they do make a knockoff on eBay for around $35 bucks that comes with the intake adapter. I've never put in on a 110cc only a 125cc but I bet it would work just fine.
Hey man, been watching your stuff for a bit now, very helpful with this current build I am working on! Quick question, maybe you have an idea, I see in this video around 13 min mark, you attach the fuel line directly to the carb. I added a fuel shutoff to mine, is that not required? I'll take that off if not its kind of annoying to turn off or on especially if you forget to turn the fuel on and the machine wont turn on. Oh and BTW I am in Central IL so I understand not working when its 10 degrees out! LOL
Great video. Really like the colour on this one. I cheated on my last plastics ‘paint job’. Peeled the stickers and hit it with the heat gun. Brought the plastics back to about 90% of original colour and removed 89% of the scratches. So if you like the colour and you are careful with the heat gun, this can be a time saver if you don’t want a great paint job like this one that BJ laid down. BJ any recommendations on shocks? They are so pricey and sometimes hard to find. Amazon seems to be my only consistent source.
Hey thanks mark! I've used that heat trick before, and it really does bring that original color back. Here is my experience with Chinese brand shocks: they flat out stink... My advise is find a name brand atv that has the same length shocks and look for used take offs. An example is the Kazuma Falcon 110 ATV used the same size shocks as a Yamaha Raptor 80 from the early 2000s. If you want a much better ride that's what I would do!
Yes that is correct, if the carburetor is attached. Mine was removed so I only has the intake and that is as wide open as you can get! Thanks for watching!
Hey Alex! The aftermarket harness I order comes with (2) - 3 plug connectors for 2 headlights. This single style of headlight comes with a 4 pin plug. What I did was took the old connector from the original harness, and unplugged the the wires from the 3 pin and put them in the 4 pin. I know this sounds a little confusing so if you have more questions please email me and I can send you pictures.
brother, where have you been? I am missing your videos. Any chance you are going to go a little bit bigger like maybe some 90 Polaris??? I had done this for a customers kids and they were stoked. If you haven't found out what it is yet send me a picture to PraskaBoysGarage@gmail.com and I will help you figure it out!
@Praska Boy's Garage will do. I have seen some very similar but none exactly like mine. Will send you pics. Previous owner painted it blue and a metallic gold...lol.
That engine looks like a 70cc to me
Do a vid on that yamoto 110 vx...I've got one I'm gonna rebuild after summer has an oil leak also maybe a how to on setting a carb good
I'll keep my eye out for one!
I thought I saw one sitting in your shop in this video is only reason I mentioned it
Another great vid.
I've never put in on a 110cc only a 125cc but I bet it would work just fine.
any idea where to get a set of the plastic running boards? cant seem to find them on amazon, would like to get a set
would gladly buy a used set off you if you have a used set laying around?
Me fascina tus videos y aprendo mucho.
De nada! Feliz de ayudar
Isn’t the throttle supposed to be pulled full during the compression test?
Yes that is correct, if the carburetor is attached. Mine was removed so I only has the intake and that is as wide open as you can get! Thanks for watching!
I bought the same one, can you tell me model and brands name ... and the years of the blue and the green on on the video please and thank you
Hey!!! Do the headlights usually plug in? My headlight and wiring harness don’t match. Thanks!
Now that they have grown, he sold me the two ATV's and then I paid it forward to have another child smile over the holidays. Oh so did your wife see the ring around the tub after the warm bath...lol
Hello mate. Quick question I have the same quad and is it a 4stroke or 2stroke?
Love the videos
Thank you!!!
Does painting the plastics actually last?
Hey man love the videos was wondering if u had any plastics laying around you would sell and a steering post
Hey thanks Josh! I don't have any right now. If you want new plastics I order them from VMC chinese parts.
@@PraskaBoysGarage I have look around a lot and can not find my style
