I've been having similar outcomes on a few, good ones have been Hollier, just sweet but good, and what I thought was Olympian but now see it is not, good sweet breba. It's hit or miss with any of them.
I have a couple hollier that should be ready in a day or two- I hope they are as good as your reports this season. I was a big fan of the main crop last year

Is Breba quality something that can be increased with age or fertilization?
Age for sure- younger trees are much more likely to abort their breba.
