It takes huge amount of courage and honesty to play something like this before the audience, especially after you have become a singing sensation... My admiration for him just doubled. ♥️🙏🏻
I adore this man. This proves how humble he is and how he never forgot where he came from. ❤️❤️❤️
When he said "It starts alright" I knew it's about to go down 😂😂
That took guts
He's saying a truth that I've preached so many times as an artist. I HATE when people say I'm talented. Because it's not something I was given it was something I TOOK for myself. It's a discipline.
The face Barbara pulls when he start singing is gold.
This is one of my favourite video clips, of all time - it also shows us the fact that he remains humble after everything.
Many of the great artists *are* born with natural talent & incredible skills at an early age - many aren’t. Can go both ways.
Loved the lady's reaction 😂😂😂😂
That was Barbara Windsor, a UK TV legend. She sadly died a few years ago
Ed is so sweet 😊
I love the way he said "mmn no"
This is why I respect the hell out of Ed Sheeran, even though I don't like most of his music: he is one of the few artists around today who REALLY put in the work and earned their success.
Mmmm....it sounds like he might have recorded that when his voice was breaking...
He is such a kind and thoughtful man for sharing that clip either way.
❤ Ed Sheeran ❤
❤️ Barbara Windsor ❤️
Voice box has something to do with it. Everyone's voices are different. Some folks can sing in pitch but their voices are shite. So part of it is born talent. I guess you could say the talent part is the blessing of a good voice that's pleasing to the ear
Hmm. Perhaps potential is what you are born with, but it is your hard work that determines how much of it you access.
@@AH-ml2jl exactly! Talent + hard work! It's sad to hear some people say there's no talent, but if it was true, we would live in a completely different world
The way he held the hands truly shows how much courage it took to take this out
Ed is beautiful...inside and out. He's a special man...who is loved by all. Not just from his words or voice...but from his humanity.❤
Omg I love him so much ❤he is really . I thank that is way I love him so much ❤
Bullying your younger self is the only socially acceptable form of child abuse.
turest comment on youtube
He just volunteered to be laughed at
He already made it though so who is really laughing?
When I heard that voice in ed Sheeran's phone in this clip.
I basically heard myself. 😂😂😂😂
He's so humble. So beautiful
Surprised the comment section isn't full of "that was great"
Still better than me. 😅
OMFG Ed sounded worse than me! Dude has come a long, long way.
I love how real and humble he is
This guy has got it all fucking figured out, that is how you stay grounded and humble and thankful.
Crazy how you become so talented after you sign that contract..🤔🤔🤔
Im assuming it’s more that he practiced and learned to control his breathing and voice.
10k hours of practice to play a total of 3 chords on sample 4/4 beats across every song
You mock but hes done it. Cant knock it what your saying is true but fair play hes done it. 100s of millions doing it too
It obviously works for him, and it's popular. 150 million records sold, £300 million in the bank
@@tempusfugit9796 obviously i was joking saying its true but its not. Hes obviously super super talented and worked incredibly hard with this his whole life. It wasnt natural talent it was earned.
Honesty will always be respected!
I never came across any famous person who is so grounded. Ed is so simple and grounded
You’ve worked hard ,you’ve practiced you’ve crafted your voice. We love you, Ed Sheeran. Thank you for all your hard work. We admire your music!
he is amazing to allow that humble event to be shared. takes some balls to do that
Kind of annoys me when people say you’re born with a “natural” talent. Like no. We’re not born with anything, you still have to learn how to do things
