Greetings Ade I enjoyed this project very much. I would advise you to make a guard, because as a viewer I just want to see how elegant of a solution you would come up with. Anyhow, nice watch and cheers!

Hi Ade great video loved the series so far just an idea can’t you use a double bearing on a fixed shaft to the bearings at the back of the belt pushing forward on a adjusting slot to tension the belt this may also solve the belt rubbing issue thanks for sharing all the best stay safe

Would love to see you do quill powewrfeed on that mill. For boring would be more precise than than using the z-axis powerfeed

@@ade63dug Hi Ade. Thanks for the reply, I can understand how your list is a bit full, what with the time it must take to go to work, make stuff and do videos, it’s just as well your not doing coooking videos, like John. I just loved the air line spam extraction.
Warco have my 16B 😀 and are arranging deliver 😀😀. I’ve been rewatching all your 16B videos, in expectation. They will be a great help/essential. Access to my workshop is not easy, so they will put it the mill the garage and I will dismantle and then transport the parts, clean, fettle, rebuild and adjust, just as you did. Then fit the DRO and power feed.
      Lots of thanks Noel

Gday Adrain, I like the idea of being able to use the power feed to do boring, great idea, any chance we could do a sticker swap?, Cheers Matty

Really enjoy your down to earth channel. Are you planning on converting the machine to CNC

Ade I am a very big fan of your channel, as a begginer that I am I learned a lot from you.
I like the Z axis motor drive. I have a Grizzly G0619 And would like to do mine the same way. Where and what size motor is it, and pruchased it from? Keep up the great work you do

Another great episode ade. Can i just as an unrelated question, did you have to make a plate up for your lathe milling attachment to sit on, so it covered the centre of the lathe more?

Where did you get the motor for the x axis feed, puppy and belt?

    Hallo ade
Harald
