      i think it was called plantlab but it looks like they’ve expanded beyond raw food and into an online platform called FFI (food future institute). seems to be some potential drama surrounding the creator so do your research 👍🏽

    These simple and beautifully shot and edited videos are a visual feast! There is a whole, I believe Korean, side of YT full of creators (for example; cardsu, planD, sueddu, and nyangsoop) that cook, decorate and DIY. Your videos are the closest I've come to finding the English-speaking equivalent. Please keep doing this! You have no idea how therapeutic your videos are.

    Im also an emotional eater and here are some tips maybe theyre helpful maybe not:
    - Journalling
    - Eating my meals slowly (not chewing 30 times or so) just focusing on the texture, taste and smell
    - Adding one more vegetable to my meal e.g if I want a grilled cheese, i will have a side salad with it etc.
    - Acknowledging the feelings of anxiety and stress. Everyone feels this way and sometimes we just have to stop what we are doing allow for the emotion to take over and move on in a non-destructing way. The bad feelings makes us appreciate the good ones.
    - Accepting that sometimes the feeling is too overwhelming that all we can do is to eat. Do not feel guilty about it. That will just amplify the amount of anxiety and stress already in the body
    I hope that someone might find these tips helpful. Maybe we can help each other.

    I completely understand eating feelings away. I gained 20lbs within 2 months when i was studying abroad. It sucked but i promise it will be better. Take care of yourself! I really appreciate the content you put out 💕

    I also put the papaya seeds in salads. I put them in the oven with some garlic salt and olive oil, and I convection bake them.
    The first time I tried it, I made a spinach apple salad. I used some fresh spinach, an apple that I sliced, dried raisins, the papaya seeds, some vegan sausage and cheese. As for the vinaigrette, I used some mayo that I mixed with some Haitian seasonings, lemon juice, and salt.
    It was so good!

    Just a little tip for ppl who love jackfruit, if you boil the seeds you can eat them!! They will have a texture and flavour similar to roasted chestnuts!!

    Patties with lentils with lentils is definitely a learning curve! I over processed mine twice before getting it right. I also use nuts or a type of bread crumb to help them crisp up a little more too. Keep inspiring girl!!

    I made strawberry jam by using the leftover pulp from juicing strawberries! I was about to toss the pulp but I hate waste and like a light bulb your jam ideas came to mind. Thank you so much for helping me to not be so wasteful anymore!

    THESE VIDEOS ARE HOLY GRAIL... out of every other what i eat in a day, nothin compares to these.
    quick tip: try the peach salsa, but with the hard greenish-yellow mangos, lemon, and whatever seasonings or additions.. SO GOOD

    Actually you can use the edible fibre of jackfruit to make some snack too. You tear them out, wash away the dirt that stick on it and then mix them with some flour, water, sugar or salt depends on you want it to be sweet or savoury. Mine are savoury so spring onions. It turns out delicious. Dip it with some sweer chilli sauce or soysauce

    Love your dalgona hack! Try mixing in your dalgona mixture in the same cup (instead of transferring from a different cup) and then add milk and ice. So much easier!

    one quick tip : don't use your knife or scissor to cut off leaves from plants. it helps the plant to grow back faster. ( because i think you potted that basil plant at home)
