Denver Pyle was on a TV show prior to the Dukes of Hazzard, he played Mad Jack in The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams, I absolutely adored this actor
And yet, he has no headstone on his grave! This isn't right.

He also appeared in several episodes of the Andy Griffith Show as Briscoe Darling, patriarch of the Darling family.

I met Sorrel Booke at Camden Park an amusement park that is over 100 years old in Huntington West Virginia .
Bo, Luke, Daisy, Vance, Coy were cousins, Lulu was Roscoe's sister, which made Boss Hogg his brother in law

Has anyone else notice how when Vance and Coy were in the 1 season that they switched the shirts per character? Bo (blonde hair) had the yellow shirt and Luke (black hair) always had a blue shirt. Vance and Coy had the reverse.

When my daughter and our cousin was 4 or 5 years old, they used to sing the theme song, but not quite like the original, their lyrics were 2 good boys never donoonoon no hyme, they were so cute.

the coin toss thing is a myth started by La Bamba. It was Tommy Allsup who lost the coin toss to Valens. Waylon really gave up his seat to the Big Bopper due to his illness. Which was the cause of a conversation with Buddy Holly where Holly said: I hope the bus breaks down and Waylon responded with I hope the plane crashes.

i love dukes of hazzard, the finest cops to outwit the town of hazzart, force to charmed finger sticking up to the fans, where a town began to show ice cream in smoke,.........disco dance to breakdancing the mumbay geeks,...this show surprised fans with moms chest in your face at the end of each episode, I seen it a lot of times, I should know, and no character died ever,.....marius(punk rules).

Bo and Luke Duke, same last name, but they were cousins. It seeems that Uncle Jesse had at least three brothers. Uncle Jesse and Emma (?) weren't blessed, but with of brother 1 had Luke, a few years later wife of brother 2 had Bo, and I think a few years later wife of brother 3 had Daisy.

How can 32 cast members on the Dukes die when the main cast consisted of 8 people, and a total of 12 if you count Coy, Vance, Cletus, and Flash the dog? Even if you count the true reoccurring characters like Lulu, Sheriff Little and Miss Tisdale, you won't get out of the teens. By the way, guest stars are not cast members. They are one time, sometimes two time, temporarily employed contractors that are not on the regular payroll.
