    Beautiful. This is finally me at 68. I am love. I am also Very happy.
    And My God, he’s speaking ALL of my words. Didn’t know I was generating my own oxytocin!!
    I’m also much more open to spirit. I don’t live in fear-never watch the news. Don’t hate anyone. Rarely get angry about anything. Heart often fills itself with this incredible gratitude for my life.
    Listen to Dr Jo. I’ve been practicing this for the last few years. It works.

    Choosing Love means accepting everything about yourself, stopping the fight with yourself. It concretely means accepting all your emotions without judgment. Here Dr Joe says that you should tame, fight, silence any emotion that is not love, and doing so is the exact opposite of love!

    • @miraheil5521
      @miraheil5521 5 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Not exactly. At first, you need to get rid of everything that is separating you from love. Then, once you know the difference, and you can control the separation, and you know what love is, you are healed.

    I am definitely in survival mode. I hate my ex, I hate everyone around me, I hate myself, I hate my life, I am angry and sad. I am tired of this, but this what I feel, all my pain, is t still here, but I want to live again.

      I've been there my friend, and it's horrible. Make a commitment to yourself to stop. Make a commitment to look after yourself, to protect yourself from pain, the way you would your child.
      Meditation was a life saver for me. Joe Dispenza's book "Break the habit of being yourself" is a great place to start.

    If you think about it…. When someone hurts us the other person is fine. It is us that carries all the pain. Forgiveness is GIVING ourselves the permission to let go and to take our power back.

    Accept all your emotions, stay with them and they will be released, no need to meditate for hours, days and years, no need for any particular technique. Go down the rabbit hole and you will come out of it healed.

    • @AnkitaSaxena-g5x
      @AnkitaSaxena-g5x 7 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      True. That's the only way to release trapped emotions. Else non technique helps

  • @amyitis

    Dr. Joe, it's indifference, not forgiveness. When we reach a place of indifference, we no longer let those that hurt us have control of our emotions any longer. I don't forgive those people, I've reached indifference, now when I think of them or see them, I feel nothing. And it's an amazing feeling.

      Indifference ok and it is a lower vibration on the emotional tone scale. Unconditional Love vibration truly is a more peaceful, joyful and healthier frequency within which to hang out. But if indifference works well enough for you, then great

      Indifference is a place of rather emotional numbness. This isn't the goal here. You cannot create from that place, that kind of creation that Joe is talking about. But if it works for you, it works for you.

    • @allstrongfitness
      @allstrongfitness 7 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      Forgiveness is coming from a place of unconditional love, while indifference is a lower vibration emotion, yes it’s better than hate but it’s not truly liberating because love is missing

    Based upon other podcasts of Sr. Joe’s teachings and the things that he explains in his books, (which I highly recommend) my understanding is that people hold (or rather are HELD) onto the emotions of their past because of the conditioning they they, themselves, have caused in their bodies from,perhaps even daily, reviewing the experiences that stimulated the hormones to which they’ve become addicted, as they would to other substances.
    People don’t “hold” onto anything, things hold onto people. That requires no conscious effort on the part of the person; in fact it’s a subconsciously developed phenomenon, which makes it all the more insidious and difficult to modify- unless you know the proper procedure.
    Which Dr. Joe explains very well!
    Just saying.

    Is that why I can't stay angry? I may get upset, but to carry anger is almost impossible. It's a feeling that doesn't work in my frequecy now?? Kinda like 'nails on a chalkboard' ... you know what I mean. It literally makes me ill, physically.
