Hi all, just to help everyone out. This is the Presidential City Apartments in Philadelphia. They have different apartment complex named after Presidents. So the one she visited was the Madison apartments. They also have Jefferson, Adams, Washington and then they have Penthouses (not named after a president lol). 👍🏾 great video!!
This is one of the apartments on my list but I saw so many negative reviews and the price has gone up, obviously, and I’m looking for 2-3 bdrms, 2+ baths, @ least 1 tubless shower, pool and gym, up to $2800 in Phila (near park) Montco, and parts of Bucksco. Looking for a community with friendly people. If anyone has info about any apts fitting my description, pls let me know. We are 2 people, one with good and the other with excellent credit, one with. $65k job and also we have a cosigner that makes several hundred grand a year. I keep seeing terrible reviews for everywhere - the piazza, 555 flats, chestnut hill, AVE townhouses, etc. and, yes, pres. city too. Where is GOOD?

Hi! There are a couple of apartments at University City that you can check out that are closeby at downtown center city too there is a lot of apartments there. All the apartments from this video are from City avenue which is 15mins by driving.
