I've been eyeing down that first place too plz don't take it from me😭😭I think I wanna be in/around manayunk for more peace/foliage but there's some tempting affordable gems like that in south philly! Good luck from a fellow philly apartment hunter
My favorite was definitely the first apartment even though it was just a one bedroom. You cant beat the direct access to the balcony! I was in your shoes earlier this year apartment hunting in Philly. I ended up on Fairmont Ave. Best of luck!!
Turning on the notifications helped so much! I love these types of videos and the ones where you give run downs of a day in the life while you are traveling 🍨🍥
Yay! Hi! Been looking for like 5 months and not super good luck yet :( do you have any reccs on like sites/how/etc? I feel like I’m just now waiting on right time and place!🤍 appreciate it xoxo
@@biancaellob yes I have a friend that lives in Wharton street lofts in Wharton and 12th street. Very nice apartment building that also use to be a old catholic school. High ceilings and building roof deck!. I’ll post again bc I will find out about possible rental houses for you too.
I've lived in Delaware County my whole life, but have always thought about moving into Philly, so it was really cool experiencing apartment touring through your video! Would you ever move to one of the surrounding suburbs, like Havertown, Drexel Hill, Yadeon, etc? I feel like you can get a lot for your money in the suburbs while being close to the city; but of course I completely understand wanting to live in the city itself.
Watching your videos cause I need to get an apartment in Philly as well. You guys are awesome this is very helpful. I gotta ask what the budget it or roughly to see if this kinda lines up with me. Thanks!
Some people will find it strange that you are shopping ancient small apartments! I'm pretty sure that's normal in older cities in the United States. Corporations are building dozens of huge apartment complexes with thousands of overpriced units mainly in the outskirts of Austin. There aren't huge unused buildings to convert except the unused downtown former corporate office buildings here. No one in their right mind (besides newbs and University of Texas students) want to live in downtown Austin. You and Jordan having lived in the NYC area brings a perspective that lots people haven't ever seen. To lots of people, urban living seems like a sentence to hell.
