it's a beautiful city. i've never been there yet but looks awesome. those ancient streets. those brownstone houses even the modern part is nice. but the ancient part lets me without words. excuse me do you know how much cost a floor in one of those modern towers?
It really is such a beautiful city, especially this neighborhood! You can feel like you're stepping back in time. The price depends on the condo building, are you interested in a certain one?
@@venturephilly I was just seeing prices by curiosity. in the minute 5:20 appears a big building. is that for living or offices? are you from philadelphia?
I was up there yesterday great park to relax and socialize I’ve approached some women up there very gorgeous upscale professional women it’s a nice area to meet people in general especially in the summertime I love that park people from all walks of life gather at this park and lots of stores very nice area
Used to live in Philly as a youngster. Now live in Chicago. They're the exact same city! They are both crummy except for downtown and the suburbs. Pockets of both are nice. Rittenhouse Square, Society Hill in South Philly, and the area around the University of Pennsylvania. In Chicago, it's Rogers Park, Hyde Park, and Lincoln Park. They are anchored by big time universities. Depaul, Loyola, and the University of Chicago are in those 3 areas. The only difference between the 2 cities is the accents and Chicago doesn't have any trolleys. They both have many sports teams, a solid arts scene, and you can eat yourself silly in both cities. Another commonality between the 2 is that they're both dangerous as hell!! Had to get out of Philly as I was days away from getting whacked by a street gang in West Philly. I was 15 years old!!!!
Someone should bus the drug addicts from Kensington to Rittenhouse Square. The city government would immediately figure out what to do with the drug addicts.
I love New York but to be honest after visiting Tokyo I lost interest in visiting NYC for a few years. NYC is actually outdated and primitive compared to the big Asian cities. Even Anthony Bourdain talked bout it.
Nothing like a Sunday afternoon hanging out in the Square!
Nothing like the subway either. I grew up taking the sub and enjoy it to this day
Love this❤ Thank you❤
I love all the dogs in this park
hello, are you from philadelphia?

@@aparicioarguinarena4483 those are luxury residential units. They start at about $1.5 million.
@@venturephilly oh my god! thank you!
The real ancient streets are in Old City...east of Rittenhouse.

At least it's good that they named a square after kyle rittenhouse
Any restaurant is better than fast food anyday I would love to visit one of those restaurants one day

vroom vroom on his little motor cycle .....im not done with u ...
strange how some of these town houses are exact twins in other parts of the city but sadly the blacks have destroyed them and they are now slums
No thanks... they don't call it philthydelphia for no reason!
Remember Philadelphia, you're NOT and NEVER be as important as New York!
I love New York but to be honest after visiting Tokyo I lost interest in visiting NYC for a few years. NYC is actually outdated and primitive compared to the big Asian cities. Even Anthony Bourdain talked bout it.
Wasn’t the nation FOUNDED in Philadelphia? There wouldn’t be a nyc without Philly. JUST SAYIN…
Yorkers wouldn't stand a chance in Philadelphia y'all just steal and scheme philly worse then Chicago
Philly is built off of history, New York was made up to be what it is.....
That’s what I love about Philly. It’s NOT New York!!
I was in sang bang dang gong, I was all over the place
