Now, not to be the devil (literally) avvocate but lorgar was utterly manipulated by khor pareon and erebus (piece of sh**), and when he has gone in that region of the Warp, was manipulated by a daemon. Love these Primarch songs. Personally I feel this one would have been better served if done in a more "dark liturgical hymn", sort of the dark equivalant to your Sanguinius piece (which is my favourite I admit). Just to better underline the whole religious aspect of Lorgar's rebellion. Keep it up!

Switch from singing to half-screaming to full scream (or back to singing) word by word or phrase by phrase? A duet between Mortarion and Ku'gath would be interesting. So would a duet between Fabius and Fulgrim.

On the one hand, I'm certainly one to disagree with the atheistic imperial truth. On the other...I come from the line of thinking that morality is a natural extension of worldview (IE, "this is how the world *is* and *can be,* therefore this is how we should act" as opposed to "This is how I *want* the world to be, therefore this is how we should act"). With that in mind, Lorgar's complaints about the emperor's lies, reasonable as it is to our ears, become difficult to use as an excuse when one remembers that the emperor is fighting an enemy that can use the mere knowledge of its existence to grow its power, and the beings that rule the forces of Chaos and call themselves gods have a habit of infiltrating and taking over religions to further their influence. Thus it makes more sense than we would like to think that he'd keep it under wraps as best possible and seek to get rid of what seemed (at the time) the best means of infiltrating and influencing human affairs. That said, I still think he should have at least told the Primarchs at some point, especially given they were slowly getting closer to the Eye of Terror, and thus, a confrontation was likely inevitable, webway or no webway.
