    I don’t understand what exactly happened with your original clutch slave cylinder? Why and how did it go bad?

    • @jaelnava_
      @jaelnava_  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      nothing! it was just kinda getting old I guess... the pedal was sticking and I thought it was the master but turns out its something in the clutch itself... still worth doing! definitely helped smooth the throw of the pedal out some
      These normally go bad more quickly if you don't change the fluid out but in general they just wear out from use

      yo! thank you so much for the kind words my G ❤️ to be honest, I didn't feel the delay valve before but now I can see why people remove it! recommended for sure

    U have a bunch of play in the clutch at the end of your video still. I just replaced my master and it has that as well But a little less then your I think. Anyone know how to get rid of this

      my clutch pedal actually feels super solid after the slave and the master, the play is installed into the pedal by design and it's necessary in order to keep the clutch from remaining in a state of constant engagement so I wouldn't adjust the pedal to remove the play otherwise you might be riding the throwout bearing!

    Did you end up adjusting the clutch pedal rod ?

    • @jaelnava_
      @jaelnava_  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      nope! didn't need to and from factory it's supposed to have the correct amount of play in order to no ride clutch engagement, I didn't notice any abnormal amount of play

    You're not supposed to jack the car up from there, it should only be jacked from the front subframe or rear diff, and then put
    jack stands at the four reinforced tabs between the wheels

      Lifting from the pinch weld is fine. Ask your self, where do lifts...lift a vehicle. The pinch welds. But awesome vid!
