The mini mx has been excellent in the 4months I've had mine. 1 charge since I brought it 4months ago and it has just reached 55% with daily use. Very sturdy. It's been mobile with me from day 1. No issues. I brought this on a whim. Never knew of it until I spotted it in the store. Great purchase so far...
@@elliotbaltazar I have had zero issues with connectivity and I haven't had the backlight turn off on me while using the keyboard! So I personally haven't experience either of those issues..
I've used MX full keys for 2 months and then tried Mini for 15 days. One thing I noticed is Mini's keys are not as smooth as Full's. I think the Mini keys are little hard to press, it is hard to tell the difference by just looking at it but try some typing tests with both Full and Mini and see the difference. Typing with Full keys after Mini feels much better. I'm not sure whether I got the defective product or Mini really has little harder keys.
Interesting! It does feel like the keys on the Mini are made out of a different material. I noticed that as well. However, I didn't really notice a difference in the amount of pressure needed to press the keys.. But they definitely do feel a little bit different

It should connect. You probably have to pair the device again. Make sure you hold down the number you want to link to until the light is blinking so it's in pairing mode. it should show up in your bluetooth then
They're relatively similar! They both have the same functionality. The only difference really is the Mac version uses the same keys you'll see with a Mac computer. The regular version has the keys you would see with a PC. So if you use apple products, you might want to get the one made for Mac, but the regular version will work with Mac too! It's just a preference really. Hope that helped
Not only that, if you pair this keyboard with mouse that support Logi Options' Flow, you don't even need to press a button to switch between your devices. Just simply move the mouse on the edge of my Windows PC screen, it will automatically switch the input to my MacBook. Copy Paste between devices is also working like sorcery.

I don't have experience with Keychron keyboards, but I am looking to get my hands on one soon! I actually have a video review on my channel reviewing the Mechanical MX Keys. If I had to choose between the mechanical or this style keyboard, I personally prefer this type of keyboard. I've just been using scissor switches for so long that I'm so used to it. I'd say you really have to try them for yourself. But if I had to choose from the two, I'd go for this one. Hope that helps with your decision!

I think you have to go into whatever device you're using and connect it through there. Unless you have them different devices at connected at the same time, you can just hit which number correlates with the device
Yes, I have the 14" M1 MacBook Pro. I have had no issues at all with connectivity. Is there a reason why you are concerned with connectivity? I haven't heard of many people having issues..

We’ve standardized on G Pros for our Fusion360/ZBrush workstations along w Logitech thumb trackballs, Tartarus & Space Mouse Enterprises. A bummer they changed the switch types in the G Pros. Closest thing to a 3270/s electric keyboard I’ve found. Ok, now to the Mini, I really like/hate this keyboard. Bought with living room use in mind laptop(dying built in keyboard), iPad and PS Pro. Perfect keyboard for them right? WRONG. Some brain dead penny pinching product manager decided not to include PS4 (and PS5?) Bluetooth support. 🤦🏻♂️ And the new dongle (this keyboard doesn’t work w old unifying dongle) is not compatible w PS4 this one is getting packed up and sent back to Amazon. Logitech missed the boat on my use case. PS, mini doesn’t work as a cabled keyboard, only wireless.
yeah bluetooth only on this one! I've mostly just used it in an office environment and have found it really good for my use case. However, I can see how that can be frustrating for you!
just purchased this keyboard and the only thing i don't like is that u can't adjust screen brightness from it! So i have to use MacBook Air brightness keys which i have set up higher so it's more ergonomic. Why is no one mentioning this issue or am i missing something?
Not sure I am understanding the question? The only way I know to connect the keyboard is through Bluetooth… you may be able to use a usb receiver that plugs into your computer but it didn’t come with one in the box…
I have been using mx keys full size for more than a year, and it’s just an amazing keyboard. But the size is too big that i get frustrated when using trackpad because it’s far. So i’m thinking to sell my keyboard and pay more ti buy the mini size, do you think this will resolve my problem? Or the different is not as much as i think? I’m using a trackpad not a mouse
It is definitely smaller than the full size... you'll just have to get used to not using the number pad, if that is something you're really used to using. However, it is significantly smaller so I think you'll have a much easier time using the trackpad! I would say try it out and see what you think!

Graphite might stay a little cleaner if you want to protect it more. But white looks really awesome too!

The fn key is at bottom left in your video but on logitech’s website it shows ctrl key there?!!!
This is the Mac version of the keyboard. They have a PC version as well. That’s why there is a ctrl key for the PC version!
