My happy doctor, after d second baby delivery i got this problem more bz taking care of children i skipped breakfast nearly 7 years and to balance it i consumed coffee more often in empty stomach and thus itself had become breakfast. Then nowadays continuously belching and sometimes bloating started even if some pain comes also as a result belching starts then i consulted ayurvedic doctor they said not to have coffee and fermented foods like idli, dosa. Millets they referred to take more,skip white rice. In empty stomach take jeera water and then pomegranate daily. Now it is getting gradually decreased i feel and i follow ur advice too from ur vlogs......... please prefer some healthy breakfast items for kids in ur future videos.................u too always stay with smile and energetic my happy doctor.............🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

This video baffled me to know the unheard-of cause of gastritis. I seem to do everything right. Like yoga meditation, breathing exercise, no, junk food. Loads of veggies and all that a healthy lifestyle lives on. However, despite all this, I have been suffering from gastritis for many years. Sometimes, it manages itself, but other times, it gets worse. It has been difficult for me to work it out. Why and how? I was thinking may be the couple of surgeries I had for Fibroids and a baby's birth. But today, I came to know that those who are perfectionists see to suffer from gastritis, what?? Lol!! Yes, I do fall into this category. That's something I can not change. It was a package deal that came along during my birth... lol! This is making me giggle. Although, I will definitely try out the Amla treatment and will see.

It is true that trying to be perfect in Everything we do is also stressful, we may not know but I realized that is my major cause for stress. We try to manage everything ourselves, I ended up with gastritis and acidity.

Sumitaaich7273, I had vertigo for 6 months and I tried many things but nothing helped. Then, I suddenly I started taking Turmeric supplement and within a week my vertigo was 50% gone. It is said that if it makes u feel better then the pH of ur stomach is slightly less acidic so yeah acv will make the pH more acidic and ur problem will be solved
